Fundraising Officer

Job Description: This is a contract role for a Fundraiser at Zameen Foundation. The Fundraiser will be responsible for managing and implementing fundraising campaigns, organizing fundraising events, and building relationships with donors and sponsors. The day-to-day tasks include conducting fundraising research, writing grant proposals, developing fundraising strategies, and maintaining donor databases. This is a hybrid role that requires working from our Mumbai office but allows for flexibility to work remotely.
Qualification:
Fundraising and donor management skills
Experience in organizing fundraising events and campaigns
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with donors and sponsors
Excellent research and grant writing skills
Proficiency in using fundraising software and donor databases
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for social service and helping underprivileged communities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Marketing)
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of social media marketing, experience in working with NGOs or non-profit organizations, and fluency in local languages.
Marketing Executive

Job Description :
This is a full-time on-site Marketing Executive role. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of Zameen Foundation and its programs. They will also be responsible for developing marketing materials, managing social media platforms, and coordinating with external partners and donors to support marketing campaigns. Candidate will have to visit schools, colleges, Coaching Classes, Computer Classes or other such kind of educational institutions to spread awareness about projects running by the organization.
Qualifications :
Experience in sales and marketing would be preferred

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in a non-profit or social service environment is a plus
Graduate from any stream

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in fundraising to continually improve strategies and approaches.
Raising funds from at least 5 people to support NGO. You will also received a performance-linked incentive 20% from raised funds. As per your convenient you can raise fund from unlimited people to get more incentive.
